Exchange Policy
Standard Exchanges:
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Quality-Related Exchanges:
If the item has a manufacturing or quality issue, you can request an exchange within 30 days.

Refund Policy
If you choose to return an item and you have already paid, the refund will be issued in one of the following ways:
Through the shipping company upon product pickup/return.
Or via Instapay transfer to the customer.

Payment Policy for Exchanges
* If there is a difference in price during the exchange, the customer will need to pay (or receive) the difference accordingly.
